The MLS Compliance Specialist works directly with our fast-paced Onboarding Team to ensure MLS compliant consumer information, up to date records of contract paperwork, as well as collaborative work with other departments (Data Integration & Consumer Team) to ensure smooth transitions of display data.


Description:
• Create raving fans by proactively reaching out to existing clients to maintain up-to-date records for new MLS data providers, MLS mergers and MLS disintegration

• Perform data display updates for our clients to ensure we remain in compliance
• Collaborate with fellow Onboarding Team members on an MLS approval process, workflow
and functionality improvements based on MLS requirements/updates
• Interact with the MLS community and build rapport
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure client needs are being met; coordinating
amongst Onboarding, Data Integration, Client Marketing, Finance, and Consumer Product teams
• Execute daily tasks with minimal supervision while creating a daily schedule based on
urgency and individual projects
• Focus on cross-department training to ensure a well-rounded knowledge of entire client lifecycle
• Keep track of vendor change timelines while affectively hitting all deadlines
• Digest contract information and email alerts daily
• Regularly send out mass communication and new IDX contracts
• Help support our current clients with Brokerage changes, MLS additions and necessary compliance requests
• Consistently act and think like an owner within your role


What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of customer service and/or onboarding/implementation experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Experience with MLS is required
• Attention to detail (we actually want you to sweat the small stuff)
• Strong written skills (no handwriting!). Ability to put notes in an online system
• Ability to thrive in a cohesive team environment
• Comfortable learning new technologies
• Collaborative ability due to the role being integrated with multiple departments
